You must be at least 18 years of age or have an established credit file in the U.S., be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident alien and/or have a valid social security number and be able to present sufficient verifiable personal data to effectuate access to a consumer credit reports or related services. IdentitySavers.ca is not responsible for the inability of a customer to obtain products and services on this site due to negligence, submission of outdated or incorrect identifying data, submission of outdated address information or the general lack of knowledge of current identifiers necessary to obtain the desired reports or services offered herein.

By using this site you agree that all personal identifying information supplied as part of the purchase of products and services is true and correct.
Fair Credit Reporting Act and other Federal laws
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) permits the disclosure of information contained in a consumer credit report. IdentitySavers.ca is not a credit reporting agency (“CRA”) as defined under the FCRA. Credit reports, composite reports or information contained therein is provided through Intersections, Equifax, Experian and Trans-Union as requested through this site. As noted below the FCRA provides that in certain instances your credit report may be provided free of charge. You are not required to purchase your credit report in order to dispute inaccurate information or to receive said reports from Equifax, Experian or Trans-Union under the provisions of the FCRA which provide for the reports to be provided free of charge. The Fair Credit Reporting Act grants consumers other important rights regarding credit, credit files, and related matters. By law, you have the right to:
- Know what your credit file contains.
- Be told by a credit reporting agency the nature, substance, and sources of the information.
- Receive a free copy of your credit file if you are denied credit, insurance, or employment, or are unemployed, a recipient of public welfare assistance, or believe you have been the victim of fraud.
- Review your credit file in person.
- Take someone (lawyer, friend, relative, etc.) with you to review your file.
- Have disputed information investigated within 30 days.
- Have inaccurate information deleted.
- Have information deleted that cannot be verified.
- Know who has received your credit file in the past year (or two years for employment purposes).
- Include a brief written statement as a permanent part of your credit file.
- Have derogatory, credit-related information deleted after seven years.
- Have listing of bankruptcy deleted after 10 years (successfully completed Chapter 13 deleted after seven years.)
- Be notified if a company has requested an investigative report about you.
- Know the nature and the substance of the investigative report but not the sources.
- Know the name and address of the credit reporting agency responsible for preparing a credit file used to deny you credit, insurance, or employment, or to increase the cost of your insurance or credit.
- Request more information about the nature and the scope of an investigation from a company pursuing an investigative report.
- Have your name and address excluded from pre-approved offer lists.

The states of Massachusetts, Vermont, Colorado, Maryland, and New Jersey permit consumers to obtain one (1) credit file per credit reporting agency per year, free of charge
The state of Georgia provides consumers the ability to obtain two (2) credit files per reporting agency per year.
Membership Program: Terms of Use and Conditions
These Terms of Use and Conditions constitute the agreement (“Agreement”) which is made between Aragon Marketing Group (“AMG”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and the customer memberships program to which this Agreement relates (“Membership Program”) and, as named on the membership materials (“you” or “your”). UPON ENROLMENT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. WE REQUEST YOU TO READ THE TERMS OF USE AND CONDITIONS THUROUGHLY, FOR FURTHER CLARIFICATIONS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US TOLL-FREE AT THE NUMBER PROVIDED ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP MATERIALS OR, ON THE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM WEBSITE DURING OUR REGULAR BUISNESS HOURS STARTING ON MONDAY 9:00AM EST TO SATURDAY 6:00PM EST.
- Services Offered. The Membership Programs are marketed and offered on behalf of AMG.
- Membership Benefits. As a member, you are entitled access to benefits as explained in the membership materials and respective website. Some Benefits may not be available in your area depending on your state or province, and we may eliminate, add and or change benefits offered without notice.
- Membership Renewal Term. This Agreement is made as of the date you agreed to the Terms of Use and Conditions of this here said Membership (“Enrolment”).Your membership is effective on going as authorized by you (and as specified in the Respective Membership materials and website) (“Term”) unless you cancel your membership by following the instructions in paragraph 8 (below).
- Membership Billing. Your membership billing, as described in your membership welcome materials, will automatically be charged to the billing source authorized by you, in accordance with the membership billing terms you agreed upon. The membership activation billing in which you agreed upon will be charged immediately at the time of enrolment of this Membership. You may cancel your Membership Benefits and Billing as provided in paragraph 8.
- Use of Membership. Only you and your Immediate Family may use the respective membership benefits. “Immediate Family” includes the membership owner and partner and or children living at your place of residence provided that they are of the legal age in your respective state and or province. You are not allowed to resell benefits. You may be entitled to a free gift if so you are limited to one gift per Membership Program and, depending upon the free gift, you agree that you may be required to be an active paying member of the Membership Program at the time your free gift claim is sent.
- Acceptance. The acceptance to these terms of use and conditions along with the terms of use and conditions included in any materials given or submitted upon enrolment into the respective memberships program represent all of the terms of use and conditions with respect to your membership. No other representations, promises or verbal agreements concerning the membership program are included in this Acceptance therefore will be null and void and will not be honored.
- GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the state or province in which you reside.
- Canceling your Membership. TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP, YOU CAN CALL US TOLL-FREE AT THE NUMBER PROVIDED ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP MATERIALS OR ON THE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM WEBSITE OR YOU CAN REACH US BY EMAIL USING THE CONTACT US LINK ON THE RESPECTIVE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM WEB SITE. YOUR CANCELLATION WILL BE EFFECTIVE UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR REQUEST.
UPON CANCELLATION; YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED ANY FURTHER MEMBERSHIP FEES AND WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF ANY PAST FEES PRIOR TO THE CANCELATION REQUEST DATE; ANY OTHER FEES OR CHARGES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BANK OR OVERDRAFT CHARGES) ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
- Member Information. You agree that we will keep your membership information you provided to us upon enrolment and acceptance into these terms of use and conditions. Your information will be collected and maintained for the use of the membership programs, including creating your membership account; creating future membership programs and benefits to better our services; recording and maintaining your account and or financial information related to your billing. Your personal may be used and collected by our staff and agents (including our partners and marketers and or telemarketers). You agree that we may share your personal and account information details with these entities. You may change or update your personal information or request removal of your personal and or account information by contacting us on the toll free number in your membership materials and or on our website.
